Cisco lists August 26, 2026 as the 500-220 ECMS last test date. Final Window sales end August 19. After August 26, remaining Final Window access is clearly reference-only and is never marketed as preparation for an active exam.
Existing annual customers: renewal is stopped. We do not auto-convert your purchase. Choose a pro-rata refund for the unused post-August-26 portion, or explicitly opt in to a Meraki Operations Lab conversion after support confirms the term. Contact support.

Refund and cancellation summary

Refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase, limited to one refund per person per product. Access ends when a refund is issued.
