Published inventory and coverage
These are source-verified production inventory counts as of July 17, 2026. They are a snapshot, not a promise that totals will never change.
| Domain | Published weight | Approved questions | Lab-bank records | Public evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Cloud Management | 15% | 9 | 25 | Lesson + explained question |
| 2. Design | 30% | 18 | 31 | Design rationale in lab walkthrough |
| 3. Implementation | 25% | 15 | 38 | Configuration walkthrough |
| 4. Monitoring & Troubleshooting | 30% | 18 | 24 | Public diagnostic |
“Approved” means the item passed the application's publish gate. It does not mean Cisco approved it, that it appeared on an exam, or that an independent psychometric review was performed.
Simulator fidelity scope and known limitations
Defensible description: an original, browser-based, Dashboard-style training simulator. It is not Cisco Meraki Dashboard, a licensed Meraki organization, Cisco IOS, an emulator of Meraki firmware, or a digital twin.
Designed to practice
- Navigation vocabulary and common Dashboard-style paths.
- Configuration decisions for MX, MS, MR, policies, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, monitoring, and API concepts.
- Scenario sequencing, explanations, and self-check or automated training checks.
- Low-risk repetition without changing a real organization.
Does not reproduce
- Live devices, packet forwarding, firmware, licensing, cloud availability, or real API responses.
- Every Dashboard control, entitlement, validation rule, warning, or role-dependent view.
- Current visual parity across every Meraki release or organization type.
- Production telemetry, security events, RF behavior, failover timing, or vendor support outcomes.
The internal ledger contains 45 page records with mixed evidence. Some were checked against an observed page or supplied screenshot; others were built from documentation and product knowledge and have not been observed live in the same context. Several simulated pages are intentionally thinner than the live product. Because that evidence is not uniform, we do not call the simulator a “faithful replica.” Use current Meraki documentation or a real organization for production decisions.
Content, review, and correction method
- Scope: content is organized against the published four-domain 500-220 blueprint and practical Meraki workflows.
- Drafting: lessons and questions may be authored with AI assistance. Generated questions must match a four-option schema, include an answer and rationale, and pass de-duplication before review.
- Publish gate: generated questions remain pending until an authorized reviewer approves them. The public inventory counts only approved records.
- Simulator checks: the page ledger records expected interface strings and evidence notes; automated validation catches missing render targets but cannot prove behavioral or visual equivalence.
- Corrections: reports are triaged through support. We reproduce the issue, compare against current primary documentation or observed product behavior, correct the source, run static/runtime checks, and update the review record.
Current reviewer disclosure: viiEDU does not currently publish a named instructor/SME roster or claim that every item was reviewed by a Cisco-credentialed individual. No instructor credential, pass-rate cohort, learner outcome, or independent accuracy study is claimed here. That is a disclosed evidence gap, not a credential we will invent.
Report a suspected error with the page, question wording, expected answer, and a link to current primary documentation at support@cmssviiedu.com.
AI limitations
- The AI study assistant can misunderstand a question, use outdated information, omit important conditions, or answer confidently and incorrectly.
- It is a study aid, not an authoritative Cisco or Meraki source and not a substitute for vendor documentation or professional review.
- Adaptive “mastery” and practice scores are calculated only from activity in this product. They are not validated predictions of an exam pass, job performance, or production readiness.
- Do not paste passwords, API keys, customer data, confidential configurations, or other sensitive information into the assistant.
Company identification
CMSS Professor is operated under the viiEDU name as an independent online training product. viiEDU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cisco Systems, Inc. Cisco® and Meraki® names are used only to identify the technologies discussed. No Cisco partnership, instructor credential, pass rate, or certification outcome is implied.
Support and corrections
Email support@cmssviiedu.com for account access, billing-portal help, accessibility issues, privacy requests, suspected content errors, or product defects. Include the affected URL, what you expected, what occurred, browser/device details, and a screenshot when safe. Never send passwords or API keys.
Privacy notice
To operate accounts and learning features, CMSS Professor processes the account name and email, a one-way password hash, session information, learning activity, progress, submitted support messages, and basic service/security logs. The browser also stores some learning state locally. Stripe processes checkout and payment details; CMSS Professor does not need to store full card numbers. When you use AI features, your prompt and relevant study context may be sent to the AI provider configured for the service.
We use this information to provide access, save progress, respond to support, secure and monitor the service, and administer billing. Do not submit confidential customer or network information. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, email support@cmssviiedu.com. Some records may be retained where needed for security, payment reconciliation, disputes, or legal obligations.
Terms of use
CMSS Professor provides independent educational material and practice software. It does not provide Cisco certification, exam admission, official course credit, production network advice, or a guarantee of passing, speed, accuracy, employment, or operational outcomes. You are responsible for checking current official documentation and exam availability.
You may use the service for lawful personal or authorized organizational training. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape or republish the question bank, upload confidential data, or use the product to reproduce protected exam questions. Features and inventories may be corrected or updated as technology changes. Access may be restricted for abuse or security risk.
Refunds and cancellation
- Current products: every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Access ends on the date shown before purchase.
- Seven-day refund window: request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@cmssviiedu.com. The limit is one refund per person per product, and access ends when the refund is issued.
- Additional protections: duplicate charges, qualifying service outages, and non-waivable legal rights are honored.
- Existing annual access: renewal is stopped and access is never auto-converted. The customer may request a pro-rata refund for the unused post-August-26 portion or explicitly opt in to an Operations Lab conversion after support confirms the term.
Accessibility
We aim for keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, programmatic form labels, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and clear error messages. Accessibility is an ongoing process, particularly inside the simulator's dense interfaces. If a barrier prevents access, email support@cmssviiedu.com with the page, assistive technology/browser, and the task you were trying to complete. We will offer a reasonable alternative where possible and use the report to prioritize a correction.
